Parts purchased from B & M Tractor Parts, Inc. have a warranty effective beginning on the invoice date. This warranty applies to defective parts only, no associated parts, and no labor. Any warranties must be approved by B & M Tractor Parts, Inc. and must be accompanied by an invoice. All replacement parts come with a 90 day warranty unless stated otherwise. All parts are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

**All warranties void from improper use of part and/or tractor, improper maintenance, improper installation or catastrophes.**

All parts can be directly shipped to you no matter where the part is coming from.

Most orders are shipped via:

UPS - parts under 150 pounds

Truck freight - parts over 150 pounds
